I, Shashank Sharma, work at the intersection of marketing, identity and narrative design. My work begins with a simple observation. Every organization functions through stories. These stories shape how teams make decisions. They shape how customers form trust. They shape how a brand evolves across time. When these stories become unclear or scattered, the brand loses coherence. My work focuses on rebuilding this coherence through language, structure and strategic rhythm.My academic grounding is in Physics from Ramjas College in Delhi, followed by an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. Physics trained me to think in systems. Marketing trained me to study patterns, context and long term movement. This combination shaped my approach to brand building. I pay attention to signals. I track the repetition inside communication. I study the forces that influence brand identity.Over the last decade, I have worked across industries in brand strategy, category creation, community led marketing and leadership communication. I have built marketing systems inside companies. I have advised founders and leadership teams during identity shifts. The method stays the same. I study how the brand is understood today. I map how it intends to be understood. I design the structure that carries it from the present state to the desired state.In 2024 and 2025, my writing under Anti Fragile Human grew into a large body of work. I wrote over 600+essays across identity, culture and work. These essays reached more than 50 million people across platforms. I built a steady audience around long form inquiry. I also run the Anti Fragile Readers Circle every week across both physical and digital formats. The rhythm has stayed unbroken for many months.My work received recognition on Favikon, where I was listed among the Top 20 voices in India and among the Top 3 worldwide in Digital Marketing with a LinkedIn Score of 100.
